Is this therapy?
No, coaching is not therapy. While both are very valuable in moving you past roadblocks in life, their approaches differ in many ways. Coaching is about taking you from where you are now and moving you forward. Therapy often involves extensively examining your past to define how you got here in the first place. Additionally, there are some clients who benefit from working with both professionals concurrently.
So, what is coaching?
In short, it’s a collaborative process, in which I help you define, speak out loud, and strategically move toward what you really want. I will help you find success as you define it and take steps to reach the goal.
How will you help me do that?
I will bring my personal, professional, medical and scientific experience and knowledge to help guide and empower you to take realistic and meaningful actions.

Who uses a coach?
Anyone! Individuals, families, small companies or large corporations Coaching is found in every industry and can be used in any situation.
How long should I expect to need a coach?
This is completely individual as long as you feel the benefit. I recommend an initial commitment of 12 weeks to really see a change and feel the benefit. One of my definitions of success is when we end our coaching relationship and you have reached your goal and are equipped to maintain it. However, by this point, you may have new goals to reach!
What things will we work on together?
This will be shaped by your unique goal, however typically with a health goal we would look at stress, sleep, nutrition, movement and hormone levels. Along the way aiming to remove fear, frustration, disappointment, doubt, confusion, overwhelm and exhaustion and instill confidence, balance, calm, energy, motivation, fun and freedom.
Seriously, can you really do all that?
Not without you! This isn’t get healthy “quick fix”; it’s a process but importantly one you define and enjoy each step of. When you enjoy the process, it becomes easy and the benefits you feel motivate you to continue. Suddenly the original goal is achieved without you even realising it.
What kind of resources will you share with me?
I have a whole host of resources to add to our regular coaching sessions. Which and when I will use will depend on what is coming up in each session. They range from health and lifestyle assessments, values tasks, educational and scientific material and calls to action.
How will our sessions run?
Usually via MS Teams however, in person face to face options in London are available if you prefer. Each session is 45-60 minutes.
How often will our sessions be?
I recommend once a fortnight, however this can be guided by you.
Can I contact you in between sessions?
I offer WhatsApp support in between sessions if you purchase a package of sessions.
