I’m a women's health advocate, ICF Certified health coach and creator of ShepWell. With a background rooted in Medicine, I thrive on debunking wellness myths for busy successful women, like you. I will show you evidence based simple actions that fit in your life to balance your hormones, boost your energy and feel good.
My mission? To educate, empower, and create a positive force in women’s lives, providing them with the knowledge to navigate their own hormonal health and happiness via nutrition, sleep, movement, self-love, and a positive mindset.
My special interest areas are Menstrual irregularities, Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS), Premenstrual Syndrome, (PMS), Endometriosis, Fertility, Peri/Menopause and Fitness.
About Me
Whilst working as a women’s health doctor, I went through my own hormone imbalance journey, I tried everything, every craze, hack and fitness plan out there, this only made things worse. Burnt out, I took a step back and realised my body didn’t need expensive fads or extremes, but simple daily adjustments which made an incredible difference to the way my body functioned
I knew this knowledge was too powerful not to share, and I’m now committed to helping women debunk the wellness myths and take realistic, evidence based steps to reach their wellness goals.
I learnt to trust the process, drown out the noise of the latest craze or promise from influencers online and it worked. What’s more, I actually enjoyed it and you can too!
This is not about trying to be or live like somebody else, this is about what works for YOU.
